About the Experience

Session 101: Building Strong Foundations in Case Management

This session introduces the essential processes of case management, emphasizing client engagement and the importance of conducting thorough initial assessments. Participants will learn strategies for building trust-based relationships with clients and how to apply the whole person/whole family approach during the intake process. The session will focus on key principles of case management, ethical considerations, and techniques for fostering positive client interactions. Attendees will explore methods for setting actionable goals based on client needs and the significance of engaging clients in meaningful, impactful ways. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the skills to conduct effective assessments and create strong foundations for ongoing case management.
