About the Experience
Missouri CAN’s Emotional and Relational Intelligence Training
This training introduces participants to the concept of Emotional Intelligence and Relational Intelligence and how they contribute to workplace success. Team members complete a personal assessment to understand their own EQ and RQ. Finally, the group begins to develop action steps to strengthen their ability to connect with one another and the people they serve. Learning objectives include: Understanding individual emotional and relational intelligence and the role they play in the health of a team, assessing one’s own emotional and relational IQ and identifying areas for improvement, learning the keys to communicating with empathy and honor, and exploring techniques for personal growth.
