In this interactive, peer-led session, we will explore strategies and best practices for deepening customer engagement. Learn how to build customer capacity to engage in data collection and analysis, program planning, and decision-making.
Trainer Bio
Melody Vieth is the Director of Research & Data at Central Missouri Community Action. She leads agency-wide data and quality improvement initiatives and works in coordination with program directors to implement research-based interventions that support individuals and families in reaching self-sufficiency. Her responsibilities include leading the agency’s triennial community needs assessment process, facilitating strategic planning development and implementation, leading the annual agency self-assessment process, and managing the agency’s impact dashboard.

Registration Cost
This project/program is funded at 30% at $20,892 with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division. All trainings in this series are hosted by Missouri CAN staff.
