Missouri CAN’s Employee Evaluation and Development

This training provides supervisors and leadership with the tools necessary to effectively evaluate employee performance and develop individualized plans for growth and development. The training will also dive into some important contextual factors to consider when evaluating and developing strategic growth plans including, but not limited to, community dynamics, organizational dynamics, team dynamics, and supervisor/supervisee styles. 

This Training is Best for: Supervisors, Directors, Program Leads, and leadership who directly supervise and evaluate employee performance. Human Resources team members might also benefit from the training. 

Discussion Topics will also include:

- Process development

- Onboarding checklist development 0-12 months

- Employee development strategies

Registration Cost

This project/program is funded at 30% at $20,892 with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division. All trainings in this series are hosted by Missouri CAN staff.
