About the Experience

Reaching the most underserved populations requires a creative and intentional
approach focused on breaking down barriers and building bridges for access. This

strategies that enhance program effectiveness in identification and recruitment of
underserved populations. Together, we will analyze community indicators to pinpoint
underserved populations, apply creative approaches to recruitment, including how
data and storytelling can drive agency impact. This session will provide actionable
tools to reduce barriers and ensure services are inclusive and accessible for those
who need them most.

Learning Objectives:
● Analyze community indicators to creatively identify underserved populations
and access service gaps
● Develop strategies to improve recruitment, and barrier reduction through
program, policy, and process enhancements
