Conference Dates

May 19 - 21, 2026

Onsite check-in will begin Tuesday, May 19 at 9:00 AM.  The event will wrap up at 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 21 with our conference closing.

Location

The 2026 Annual Conference will be held at the InterContinental At The Plaza, 401 Ward Pkwy, Kansas City, MO 64112. 

We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel at a special group rate of $159 per night. Hotel booking information is available below!

Registration Rates

Early Bird Registration ends April 17: $450  |  Regular Registration ends May 1:  $550  |  Every Fifth Registrant receives a $200 discount. Contact info@communityaction.org to secure the discount code for every fifth registrant from your organization!
