Description: This training addresses the realities of stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue, helping participants recognize the signs and understand their impact on personal well-being and professional effectiveness. The session provides practical tools for stress management, setting healthy boundaries, and building resilience in challenging environments. Through guided reflection and peer discussion, attendees will explore how to sustain compassion without sacrificing their own health. Participants will leave with a personalized self-care plan and strategies to maintain balance and purpose in their vital roles. 

 

Objective: Equip staff with skills to recognize, prevent, and manage stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Develop personalized self-care plans to enhance well-being and resilience.

This project/program is funded at 28% at $18,857.61  with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division. All trainings in this series are hosted by Missouri CAN staff.
