Description: Throughout this curriculum, participants will learn to recognize and identify the three main categories of confidential workplace information. They will then explore the concepts of privacy and confidentiality that exist in their own daily tasks. From there, attendees will determine strategies and methods to avoid the mishandling, misunderstanding, and misusing of confidential workplace information, and ultimately demonstrate their working knowledge of common confidential workplace information errors and how to avoid them. 

 

Objective: Equip staff with strategies to manage confidential workplace information effectively.
