Description: This training introduces participants to the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Relational Intelligence (RQ) and how they contribute to workplace success. Team members complete a personal assessment to understand their own EQ and RQ. Finally, the group begins to develop action steps to strengthen their ability to connect with one another and the people they serve.
Objective: Enhance workplace communication and relationships through Emotional and Relational Intelligence assessments.
