Description: This training is designed to introduce individuals new to management positions, to key concepts related to effective coaching and guidance of employees. It is not designed as a methodology for addressing problem behaviors or coaching through performance improvement plans. Rather, this curriculum introduces new supervisors, team leaders and/or managers to steps they can take to proactively create a coaching relationship built around mutual trust and employee development.
Objective: Train leadership on evaluating employee performance and developing growth plans.
